I am Dr. Terry Hagan

As a psychiatrist with a background in neurosurgery and extensive experience in brain personal development, I have a unique perspective on the relationship between the mind and the brain. My personal journey in therapy and self-reflection has also helped me to develop a deep understanding of the importance of self-awareness and personal growth. This combination of skills and experiences has led me to become an ADHD educator as well.

In my recent work as an ADHD and Personal Development educator, I help individuals understand their ADHD and success overall, manage their symptoms, and improve their overall quality of life. By incorporating my understanding of psychotherapy and personal development, I also work with patients to help them identify and address any underlying psychological or emotional factors that may be contributing to their ADHD symptoms. My goal is to empower my patients with the knowledge and tools they need to lead fulfilling and productive lives.
